TEA ร่วมลงนาม MOU ผนึก 33 หน่วยงาน ยกระดับบุคลากรไทย

สมาคมการแสดงสินค้า (ไทย) หรือ TEA โดย ดร.ศุภลักษ์ สุวัตถิ เลขาธิการสมาคมฯ ได้เป็นผู้แทนสมาคมฯ ร่วมลงนาม บันทึกความเข้าใจความร่วมมือ (MOU) การพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรด้านการท่องเที่ยว ร่วมกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ สถาบันการศึกษา และองค์กรภาคเอกชน รวม 33 หน่วยงาน เมื่อวันที่ 15 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ โรงแรมแกรนด์ ริชมอนด์ จังหวัดนนทบุรี เพื่อร่วมกันยกระดับศักยภาพกำลังคนของประเทศไทย และแก้ไขปัญหาการขาดแคลนแรงงานคุณภาพในอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวและบริการ

ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้มีเป้าหมายสำคัญในการบูรณาการการทำงานระหว่างภาครัฐ ภาคการศึกษา และภาคเอกชน เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตร ยกระดับทักษะบุคลากร แลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ และสร้างกำลังคนที่มีคุณภาพ สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของอุตสาหกรรมในปัจจุบันและอนาคต พร้อมเสริมสร้างขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศไทยอย่างยั่งยืน

ในฐานะตัวแทนของอุตสาหกรรมงานแสดงสินค้าและไมซ์ของประเทศไทย TEA พร้อมมีบทบาทในการเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้และความต้องการของภาคธุรกิจสู่การพัฒนาบุคลากร ถ่ายทอดประสบการณ์จากผู้ประกอบการในอุตสาหกรรม สนับสนุนการพัฒนาหลักสูตรที่ตอบโจทย์การทำงานจริง และร่วมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือเพื่อผลิตบุคลากรที่มีทักษะและศักยภาพระดับสากล ซึ่งจะเป็นกำลังสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรม MICE และการท่องเที่ยวของประเทศในระยะยาว

🤝 TEA เชื่อมั่นว่า "บุคลากร" คือรากฐานสำคัญของการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมงานแสดงสินค้าและไมซ์ การร่วมลงนาม MOU ในครั้งนี้จึงไม่ใช่เพียงการประกาศความร่วมมือ แต่เป็นการร่วมสร้างระบบนิเวศแห่งการพัฒนาคน เชื่อมโยงภาครัฐ ภาคการศึกษา และภาคธุรกิจ เพื่อผลิตบุคลากรที่มีคุณภาพ รองรับการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยว งานแสดงสินค้า และไมซ์ของประเทศไทย พร้อมยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศในเวทีระดับนานาชาติ

The Thai Exhibition Association (TEA), represented by Dr. Supalux Suvathi, Secretary General of TEA, joined the signing ceremony of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on Tourism Workforce Development together with 33 government agencies, educational institutions, and private sector organizations on 15 July 2026 at the Grand Richmond Hotel, Nonthaburi. The collaboration aims to strengthen Thailand's workforce capabilities and address the shortage of skilled professionals in the tourism and hospitality industries.

This partnership seeks to foster closer collaboration among the public sector, academia, and industry to develop relevant curricula, enhance professional skills, facilitate knowledge exchange, and cultivate a highly qualified workforce that meets both current and future industry demands. The initiative also aims to reinforce Thailand's long-term competitiveness on the global stage.

As the representative of Thailand's exhibition and MICE industry, TEA is committed to bridging industry expertise with workforce development by sharing practical knowledge from industry professionals, supporting the development of market-driven training programs, and strengthening collaborative networks to produce internationally competent professionals. These efforts will play a vital role in driving the sustainable growth of Thailand's MICE and tourism industries.
