TEA ร่วมสวัสดีปีใหม่กรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน พร้อมหารือพัฒนาทักษะบุคลากรไมซ์

เมื่อวันที่ 5 มกราคม 2569 สมาคมการแสดงสินค้า (ไทย) (TEA) ร่วมกับ สำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) (TCEB) เข้าพบ นายสมาสภ์ ปัทมะสุคนธ์ อธิบดีกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน กระทรวงแรงงาน เนื่องในโอกาสสวัสดีปีใหม่ พร้อมหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือในการพัฒนาศักยภาพบุคลากรเพื่อรองรับการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ไทย

การหารือในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการยกระดับทักษะของบุคลากรด้านงานระบบไฟฟ้าสำหรับอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ และผลักดันการจัดตั้ง ศูนย์ทดสอบมาตรฐานฝีมือแรงงานด้านไฟฟ้าไมซ์ ในภูมิภาคต่าง ๆ ทั่วประเทศ เพื่อพัฒนาบุคลากรที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถ และมาตรฐานวิชาชีพที่สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของอุตสาหกรรม

ความร่วมมือระหว่าง TEA, TCEB และกรมพัฒนาฝีมือแรงงาน สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นในการยกระดับมาตรฐานกำลังคนของอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ไทย เสริมสร้างศักยภาพการแข่งขัน และสนับสนุนการเติบโตของอุตสาหกรรมอย่างเป็นระบบและยั่งยืนในระยะยาว

TEA Pays New Year Courtesy Visit to the Department of Skill Development and Discusses MICE Workforce Development

On 5 January 2026, the Thai Exhibition Association (TEA), together with the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (Public Organization) (TCEB), paid a New Year courtesy visit to Mr. Samat Pattamasukon, Director-General of the Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Labour. The meeting also served as an opportunity to discuss future collaboration on workforce development for Thailand's MICE industry.

The discussion focused on enhancing the competencies of MICE electrical technicians and promoting the establishment of MICE electrical skills testing centres nationwide. The initiative aims to develop a highly qualified, standardized workforce capable of supporting the continued growth and competitiveness of Thailand's MICE industry.

This collaboration reflects the shared commitment of TEA, TCEB, and the Department of Skill Development to strengthening industry capabilities through professional skills development, helping build a sustainable and future-ready workforce for Thailand's MICE sector.
