TEA เสริมความพร้อมผู้ประกอบการ ผ่านหลักสูตร Safety, Risk & Crisis Management

สมาคมการแสดงสินค้า (ไทย) หรือ TEA จัดการอบรม "Safety, Risk & Crisis Management for MICE & Exhibition Professionals" เมื่อวันที่ 14 กรกฎาคม 2569 ณ ห้องซิลค์ 1 ศูนย์นิทรรศการและการประชุมไบเทค เพื่อเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการความปลอดภัย ความเสี่ยง และการรับมือภาวะวิกฤตให้แก่ผู้ประกอบการและบุคลากรในอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์และงานแสดงสินค้า

การอบรมได้รับเกียรติจาก คุณพันธกมล อมาตยกุล ประธานอนุกรรมการมาตรฐานและความยั่งยืน กล่าวต้อนรับผู้เข้าร่วม พร้อมเน้นย้ำถึงความสำคัญของการยกระดับมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัย ซึ่งถือเป็นหนึ่งในปัจจัยสำคัญในการสร้างความเชื่อมั่นและความยั่งยืนให้กับอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ของประเทศไทย

ภายในหลักสูตร ผู้เข้าร่วมได้รับความรู้จากวิทยากรผู้ทรงคุณวุฒิในหลากหลายมิติ ทั้งหลักการด้านความปลอดภัยในอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ การบริหารจัดการภาวะวิกฤต กฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตลอดจนการฝึกปฏิบัติผ่าน Crisis Simulation Workshop เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมในการรับมือกับสถานการณ์ฉุกเฉินอย่างเป็นระบบ

นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการบรรยายในหัวข้อ "ความปลอดภัยและคุณค่าของแรงงานสร้างสรรค์: มุมมองผู้รับเหมาระบบแสงเสียงภาพ" ซึ่งสะท้อนบทบาทของผู้ปฏิบัติงานเบื้องหลังในการสร้างงานที่มีคุณภาพและปลอดภัย พร้อมปิดท้ายด้วยเวทีเสวนา "เมื่อเหตุไม่คาดคิดเกิดขึ้น: บทเรียนและการรับมือจากผู้นำในอุตสาหกรรม" ที่เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้บริหารจากองค์กรชั้นนำในอุตสาหกรรมร่วมแบ่งปันประสบการณ์จริง แนวทางการบริหารจัดการความเสี่ยง และบทเรียนสำคัญในการรับมือกับเหตุการณ์ไม่คาดคิดในงานไมซ์และงานแสดงสินค้า

The Thai Exhibition Association (TEA) organized the "Safety, Risk & Crisis Management for MICE & Exhibition Professionals" training program on 14 July 2026 at Silk 1 Room, Bangkok International Trade & Exhibition Centre (BITEC). The program was designed to enhance the knowledge and capabilities of entrepreneurs and professionals in the MICE and exhibition industry in the areas of safety management, risk management, and crisis preparedness.

The training was officially opened by Ms. Puntakamon Amatayakul, Chair of the Standards and Sustainability Subcommittee, who welcomed participants and emphasized the importance of raising safety standards as a fundamental pillar in strengthening confidence and ensuring the sustainable growth of Thailand's MICE industry.

Throughout the program, participants gained valuable insights from distinguished industry experts on a wide range of topics, including the principles of safety management in the MICE industry, crisis management strategies, relevant laws and regulations, and practical emergency preparedness through an interactive Crisis Simulation Workshop, enabling participants to respond systematically and effectively to emergency situations.

The program also featured a special session entitled "Safety and the Value of the Creative Workforce: Perspectives from the Audio, Visual and Lighting Systems Industry," highlighting the vital role of behind-the-scenes professionals in delivering safe and high-quality events. The training concluded with a panel discussion, "When the Unexpected Happens: Lessons and Crisis Management from Industry Leaders," where executives from leading organizations shared real-world experiences, best practices in risk management, and key lessons learned from handling unexpected incidents in MICE and exhibition events.
