TEA ร่วมหารือนายกรัฐมนตรี ขับเคลื่อนอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ไทย

เมื่อวันที่ 23 กรกฎาคม 2569 คณะผู้บริหาร สำนักงานส่งเสริมการจัดประชุมและนิทรรศการ (องค์การมหาชน) หรือ TCEB พร้อมด้วยผู้บริหารจากหน่วยงานภาคเอกชนในอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ รวมถึง สมาคมการแสดงสินค้า (ไทย) หรือ TEA ได้เข้าพบ นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล นายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงมหาดไทย ณ ห้องสีม่วง ตึกไทยคู่ฟ้า ทำเนียบรัฐบาล เพื่อรายงานความก้าวหน้าและศักยภาพของอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ไทย พร้อมหารือแนวทางยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขันของประเทศ

ในโอกาสนี้ นายกรัฐมนตรีได้รับฟังข้อเสนอจากภาครัฐและภาคเอกชน พร้อมรับหลักการในการผลักดันอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ให้เป็นหนึ่งในกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจของประเทศ สร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของประเทศไทยในเวทีโลก ดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวและนักเดินทางคุณภาพ ตลอดจนกระจายรายได้สู่ผู้ประกอบการและชุมชนทั่วประเทศ

นอกจากนี้ TCEB ยังได้นำเสนอ 5 มาตรการเร่งด่วน เพื่อยกระดับอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์ไทย ได้แก่

* ส่งเสริมและจูงใจการจัดงานไมซ์ในประเทศไทย พร้อมมาตรการด้านภาษี

* กระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจฐานรากผ่านอุตสาหกรรมไมซ์

* สร้างและยกระดับแบรนด์ประเทศไทยในตลาดโลก

* เดินหน้าการตลาดเชิงรุก ภายใต้นโยบาย "Beyond Thailand"

* สนับสนุนการจัด Mega Events และพัฒนาระบบ Super License เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการดึงดูดการลงทุนและงานระดับนานาชาติ

🤝 TEA พร้อมเดินหน้าทำงานร่วมกับ TCEB ภาครัฐ และพันธมิตรทุกภาคส่วน เพื่อผลักดันอุตสาหกรรมงานแสดงสินค้าและไมซ์ของประเทศไทยให้เติบโตอย่างเข้มแข็ง สร้างมูลค่าทางเศรษฐกิจ ยกระดับขีดความสามารถในการแข่งขัน และเสริมสร้างประเทศไทยให้เป็นจุดหมายปลายทางด้าน MICE ชั้นนำของภูมิภาคและระดับโลก

On 23 July 2026, executives from the Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (Public Organization) (TCEB), together with leaders from the private sector of Thailand's MICE industry, including representatives from the Thai Exhibition Association (TEA), met with Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, at the Purple Room, Thai Khu Fah Building, Government House. The meeting provided an opportunity to present the progress and competitive strengths of Thailand's MICE industry, while discussing strategies to further enhance the country's global competitiveness.

During the meeting, the Prime Minister listened to proposals from both the public and private sectors and expressed support for positioning the MICE industry as one of the country's key economic drivers. The initiative aims to strengthen Thailand's international image, attract high-quality business travelers and visitors, and generate wider economic benefits for local communities and businesses nationwide.

On this occasion, TCEB presented five priority measures to accelerate the development of Thailand's MICE industry:

* Promote and incentivize the organization of MICE events in Thailand, including tax incentive measures.

* Stimulate local economies through the MICE industry.

* Strengthen and enhance the Thailand brand in the global marketplace.

* Accelerate proactive international marketing under the "Beyond Thailand" strategy.

* Support the hosting of Mega Events and develop a Super License system to increase Thailand's ability to attract international events and investment.
